August Burns Red Drop \u201cSonic Salvation\u201d Video Featuring Polaris\u2019 Jamie Hails, Announce New Album Season of Surrender<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two-time Grammy-nominated metalcore mainstays August Burns Red have released the official video for their new single \u201cSonic Salvation<\/a>,\u201d featuring Jamie Hails of Polaris. The track serves as the latest preview of the band\u2019s forthcoming album Season of Surrender<\/a><\/em>, arriving June 5 via Fearless Records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driven by crushing breakdowns, anthemic gang vocals, and a strong hardcore edge, \u201cSonic Salvation\u201d leans into the band\u2019s heavier instincts while emphasizing connection and catharsis. Guitarist JB Brubaker noted the track was the first written for the new album, intentionally crafted to create more space for vocalist Jake Luhrs while tapping deeper into the band\u2019s hardcore roots. Hails\u2019 guest appearance adds an additional layer of intensity to the track\u2019s already aggressive foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In support of the release, August Burns Red are currently on the road for their \u201cSpring Horizons\u201d co-headlining tour alongside The Amity Affliction, with additional support from Boundaries and Heavensgate.
