Formed in 1992 on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Reflescent Tide\u2014consisting of Jeff Weiss on vocals and guitar, Brian Oates on bass, and Jon-Paul LeClair on drums\u2014began as Thorn Crown before signing with Rugged Records and evolving into a standout voice in the Christian alternative rock scene.
