What motivates a bunch of old guys to get together and make a
hard rock album in this day and age?<\/strong>
\u201cHey now!\u201d cautions bassist Monty Colvin, sitting up in his chair
as if he\u2019s offended at the \u201cold guys\u201d label (see the video for a visual confirmation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u201cWe\u2019ve been wanting to do this for a long time,\u201d his narration
continues. \u201cWe just couldn\u2019t figure out how. Finally, one of us
suggested the Kickstarter thing to see if there\u2019s any interest. So, we
threw it out there just hoping our fans would come through for us.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n


60 days of funding and $88,000 later, the band forged through preproduction,
tracking, mixing, and mastering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u201cIt\u2019s been like a year and a half, two years later,\u201d Colvin explains. \u201cWe\u2019re finally ready to get it out there.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
