5/8/2025, Monterey, CA – After years of making waves in the extreme and industrial metal scenes, Seth Metoyer steps into a new sonic realm with his first solo album, Through The Vanishing Point. Available on digital, streaming, and physical media on May 16th, this marks Metoyer’s first solo (non-film score), delivering a profoundly personal and long-anticipated alternative metal, hard rock, and post-grunge experience.
Two Decades in the Making
For over 20 years, Metoyer envisioned creating an album that channels the spirit of late-90s to mid-2000s alternative and hard rock, the era that shaped his musical foundation. With Through The Vanishing Point, he pays homage to the sound he loved while infusing it with a modern edge, making it both nostalgic and fresh.
