News: Stryken hints at Immortal Lineup

An unnamed source tipped Heaven’s Metal Magazine with a teaser of information on who might be filling out the lineup as Stryken for its Immortal Fest II performance on Friday, August 29th.

Stryken recently released a rockin’ cover of the Motown classic, “Heard it Through the Grapevine,” and based upon the performance data from Apple Music, it is our assumption that these players will be three-fourths of the lineup.

In the Stryken feature inside the 40th Anniversary print edition of Heaven’s Metal Magazine, we asked vocalist/guitarist Dale Streiker who would be in the lineup for this anticipated show (the first in decades).

He was coy and quiet in his response, but we think it’ll be him, Tracy Ferrie on bass, Joey Knight on drums, Rex Carroll on guitar, and we would not be surprised if Rex’s partner in crime, Michael Feighan, shows up, too.

Not sure if this means two drummers, or if Joey Knight will sing and play guitar? We’re told that Lane Pollock will not be making the trip.

This gets more and more interesting.
