| Broken Curfew Records adds ‘Every Thought Captive’ to roster FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE MONTEREY, CA – Newly formed Monterey, CA-based extreme metal, and experimental music label Broken Curfew Records have just announced that Every Thought Captive, an extreme metal band with death metal, black metal, and progressive metal influences, has officially joined their roster. The band is made up of brothers Daniel and David Amaral, originally from Southern California but now residing in different major cities in Texas. Every Thought Captive began as an idea in the making for over six years before finally coming to fruition in late 2021. Daniel writes the lyrics, performs vocals, keyboards, and drums for the band while David performs both guitar and bass. According to the band they formed “primarily out of a strong desire of Daniel’s to both worship God and enjoy the creative gifts He has bestowed upon him.” Both brothers have notable accomplishments in music production, with Daniel having a Certificate of Completion from The Recording Connection, an audio engineering program based in Los Angeles, while David earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Industry Studies from Cal Poly Pomona and a Master of Fine Arts Degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Recording Arts & Technologies. For fans of Becoming the Archetype, White Ward, Extol, and Gojira, Every Thought Captive is a must-listen for the extreme metal fan looking for powerful lyrics, technical prowess, and unrelenting intensity.
