News: Silence The Echo announce the release of their third single, ‘Don’t Give Up’

Modern metal powerhouse Silence The Echo proudly announce the release of their third single, “Don’t Give Up”, available on all major digital streaming platforms on April 9th
Following the success of their previous singles, “Into Serenity” and “Through The Dark”, the new single deepens the emotional narrative leading up to the band’s highly anticipated debut album, due out this year in 2025.
“Don’t Give Up” is a powerful statement of perseverance through life’s most difficult seasons. It captures the raw vulnerability of finding yourself alone in the wilderness or walking through the valley of death, struggling to hold on. Yet, through glimmers of faith and the strength to hold on to hope, the song conveys a message of spiritual resilience and trust in something greater. The track showcases Silence The Echo’s unique blend of crushing breakdowns, atmospheric textures and soaring melodies, all tied together with a relatable message.
According to lead singer Katja Stefanovic, “The single ‘Don’t Give Up’ is our reminder that even in our most broken moments, we are not alone. Through faith, even the smallest spark can pull us out of the darkness”.
Silence The Echo emerged in 2022 from the creative synergy of vocalist Katja Stefanovic and her husband, renowned composer and multi-instrumentalist Jani Stefanovic (ex-Solution .45, Miseration). What began as a bold duo’s vision has evolved into a full-fledged band featuring Teemu Rautiainen (ex-One Morning Left) on guitar, Nikke Karaksela (Frail, Ocean Dark) on drums and Tommi Huuskonen (Ocean Dark) on bass. Together, they have created a sonic identity that combines modern metal and metalcore with atmospheric and ambient electronic elements, all anchored by epic and catchy choruses. Fans of bands like Starset, Within temptation, Dayseeker, Architects and Amaranthe will find Silence The Echo a welcome addition to their playlists.
To achieve their signature sound, Silence The Echo reteamed with renowned producer and mixing engineer Thomas ‘Plec’ Johansson at Panic Room Studio.
