News: Doug Van Pelt and Peter Emerson team up on new podcast, The Critic & The Professor
Heaven’s Metal Magazine Editor Doug Van Pelt and He Rules the World rock opera creator Peter B. Emerson debut new vodcast series called “The Critic & the Professor.”
We share music stories and knowledge, and the main event is a First Reaction segment where Van Pelt plays a metal song Emerson has never heard before. The former music teacher then breaks down the song and educates us all on what is going on musically with the tune.
“We’ve done two episodes so far,” gushes Van Pelt, “and I think the results are fabulous.”
The series releases a new episode every couple of weeks or so on a Tuesday night. Each episode is hosted by Sanctuary International Matrix on YouTube.
