News: Dispraised releasing self-titled fourth album
After nearly a decade of relentless output and evolution, Dispraised has released their self-titled fourth album, Dispraised, via Thumper Punk Records. Marking a defining moment in the band’s trajectory, the album captures both a culmination of years of growth and a bold reset for what lies ahead. Formed in 2017, Dispraised has spent close to ten years carving out a distinct voice in the underground punk and heavy music scenes. In that time, the world has shifted dramatically—politically, socially, and technologically. Those changes are embedded deep within the DNA of this new release. “This record reflects everything we’ve lived through,” the band shares. “From watching society reshape itself around technology and control, to navigating our own personal lives—raising families, dealing with betrayal, strengthening friendships, and holding onto faith—it’s all in here.”
The self-titled approach is intentional. Rather than looking back, Dispraised serves as a statement of identity—what the band is now, and what they’re becoming. “This is the first time it feels like we’ve truly hit our stride.
