News: Revulsed call it a day
Revulsed, the technical death metal band that emerged in 2011 under the vision of Jayson Sherlock, has announced its disbandment. Sherlock, known for his work with Mortification and inExordium, aimed to establish a project that not only showcased the polished brutality characteristic of top-tier death metal but also featured thought-provoking lyrics.
The band, hailing from Melbourne, Australia, has released two studio albums and a live album, garnering a dedicated global fanbase. The decision to disband comes as Sherlock and long-time vocalist Damien Mirklis faced challenges in securing a permanent guitarist and bassist. Nevertheless, the duo plans to collaborate on future projects, leaving fans eager for what lies ahead. Meanwhile, their Bandcamp site will continue to process merchandise orders until supplies are depleted.
