Hand of Fire Releases New Single ‘Death Awaits’ from Upcoming Album

American thrash metal band Hand of Fire has unveiled a new single titled Death Awaits, marking the first release from their upcoming album.

The single, which debuted at the beginning of November, was released as a lyric video on the band’s official Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Hand of Fire formed in Concord, California, and first gained attention with their 2017 debut album Nuclear Sunrise, released through Rottweiler Records.

Death Awaits was recorded and mixed by Juan Urteaga at Trident Studios and features artwork by Raphael Lopes. The band’s current lineup includes Jim Settle on vocals, Tiago James Souza on lead guitar, Gary Neff on drums, Forrest Nelson on rhythm guitar, and Scotty McRib on bass guitar and backup vocals.
