Just in time for Valentine’s Day, “Till Death (Or Till The World Falls Down)” narratively picks up the thread of a love story that started way back on I Am The Pendragon’s first album. Can a love left behind hope to be rekindled or is the chasm between these characters now too vast to overcome given that he is the leader of a righteous rebellion and she is the brainwashed assassin sent to take him out?
Sonically, “Till Death” takes IATP into territory not yet explored on the “TITANS” releases as it takes a more direct and accessible Pop/Rock approach than it’s heavier predecessors while still maintaining one foot in the progressive and experimental elements that I Am The Pendragon has become known for.
