I’ve been trying to get an interview with Ulf Christiansson for a few years now. Once the 40th Anniversary (V.2 – Christmas) issue came out with Chris Gatto’s fabulous feature article and comprehensive Jerusalem discography, I knew it was time to finally make it happen.

That was great! Thanks for that interview! I have always been a fan of Jerusalem their sound reminds me of a Deep Purple vibe with those keyboards in the earlier albums. The In His Majesty’s Service was always my favorite due to the passion you hear in Ulf’s voice. The lyrics in their songs are well thought out: Mourner’s Parade, Read Between The Lines, so many more
