New single “Beyond Spacetime” released
Today, SIGNUM REGIS release their second new single of the album title track “Beyond Spacetime“, which comes along with an epic lyric video. The song features the brilliant voice of Tasos Lazaris, know from bands like FORTRESS UNDER SIEGE, STEEL ARCTUS and others.

The band comments: “Fast and adventurous! “Beyond Spacetime” has rightfully earned its place as the title track of the upcoming album. Lead guest vocalist Tasos Lazaris once again proves he’s a singer with no limits – absolutely phenomenal! I can easily see this one becoming a fan favourite.”
„Beyond Spacetime“ will feature different vocalists. Among them their current singer Mayo Petranin, who just returned to the band, his successor Jota Fortinho as well as top class names, such as Ripper Owens (ex-JUDAS PRIEST), Matt Smith (THEOCRACY), Ralf Scheepers (PRIMAL FEAR), Johnny Gioeli (HARDLINE, AXEL RUDI PELL), Tasos Lazaris (STEEL ARCTUS, WHITE WIZZARD), David Åkesson (SYMPHONITY, QUANTICE), but also Victor Smolski (ALMANAC, ex-RAGE), with a guitar solo on the first single-release „Throne Of Gold“.
„We are so satisfied and proud of it! Even though the last 3 years were not easy for the band, this is definitely not just a “next” Signum Regis” album, we are a band, we are always aiming to create something special – for us, and for fans“, comments guitarist Filip Koluš, who also mixed and produced the album, having a clear vision, „that it will be completely different compared to our common production and we wanted to keep it in the way we saw it as a musicians. We jumped out of our basic style, we were experimenting with new things in the studio a lot, we teleported King Rex from the ground to space – which sounds crazy, but that’s how it was supposed to be!“ The final mastering was given into the hands of Miro Kiiski (BEAST IN BLACK, HYPOCRISY a.o.), which was another perfect match.
With the release of the titletrack, SIGNUM REGIS also reveal the cover artwork, which was created by Uwe Jarling, known for his fabulous work with artists like MYSTIC PROPHECY, HEAVENS GATE, GRAVE DIGGER and others. The band is more than happy with the result and praise: “Uwe will always be special to us! With “Undivided” he created an iconic image, bringing to life the character representing our band, King Rex. Compared to “Undivided”, where we relied heavily on his advice, “Beyond Spacetime” resulted from intensive communication in which every detail was discussed and agreed upon. Fortunately, Uwe has been extremely supportive throughout the process, and the result is nothing short of awesome! We are definitely a band that considers the artwork a very important part of our artistic vision. Over the years this approach has only grown stronger, so having a real cover artist has become an absolute must for us.”

SIGNUM REGIS sign with Fireflash Records, announce new album “Beyond Spacetime”, and release first single “Throne Of Gold” featuring Matt Smith & Victor Smolski.
SIGNUM REGIS was founded in 2007 and is known for melodic power metal with progressive and symphonic elements. Our eighth studio album Beyond Spacetime will be released on October 9th through our new label partner Fireflash Records.

The album features different vocalists, including returning singer Mayo Petranin, Jota Fortinho, and guest appearances by Ripper Owens (ex-Judas Priest), Matt Smith (Theocracy), Ralf Scheepers (Primal Fear), Johnny Gioeli (Hardline, Axel Rudi Pell), Tasos Lazaris, David Åkesson, and a guitar solo by Victor Smolski on the first single.
