News: Mortification Announces Scrolls Of The Megilloth 35th Anniversary Latin America Tour
Legendary Australian extreme Christian metal pioneers Mortification are set to return to the stage with a special Latin American tour celebrating the 35th anniversary of their landmark album Scrolls of the Megilloth.
The tour also serves as a tribute to frontman Steve Rowe, honoring his life and lasting impact on the Christian metal scene. Originally released in 1992, Scrolls of the Megilloth remains one of the most influential and extreme releases in the genre, helping define the sound of Christian death metal and pushing its boundaries into new territory.
The lineup for the tour features familiar names connected to Mortification’s legacy, including former members and collaborators, alongside special guests Antidemon and Terraphobia.
The Latin American run is scheduled for February 2027, with confirmed stops in Santiago, Buenos Aires, Bogotá, Guatemala City, Mexico City, San José, Recife, Belo Horizonte, São Paulo, and Curitiba. (Instagram)
